This project consisted of an interior remodel to the primary bedroom, bathroom, closet and exercise room. In addition to the interior work the entire house received new Andersen 100 series windows with a 22’-6” long Andersen accordion door from the living room to a newly expanded deck. The main living space will be remodeled by removing the existing partition wall and the existing roof trusses. The trusses will be replaced with exposed glulam beams that form a shed roof and the interior will be vaulted. The current kitchen will be replaced with new custom cabinets, counters, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
